Support the “Summer of John” Film Fundraising Campaign!

Help us celebrate John Godinet’s life by supporting Tail Twister, the documentary film that tells his story! A PBS-affiliated funding agency has promised the film significant support – but only if the grant is matched by other contributions. Every dollar raised will be matched by the funder. A successful campaign raising $50,000 will put Tail Twister “over the hump” on its road to completion. You can help us match these funds in two ways:

1: Tax-Deductible Donation

(Tail Twister gets 91.5% of your donation)

Fully tax-deductible donations can be made through our fiscal sponsor the Center for Independent Documentary (CID), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. If you support in this way, CID keeps 8.5% in administration and bank fees, and we receive 91.5% of your gift.

2: Direct Gift

(Tail Twister gets 100% of your donation)

If you don’t need to receive a tax-deduction for your gift, consider donating directly on this site and we will receive 100% of your gift! These donations are NOT tax-deductible, but if you support in this way, it will increase the impact of your gift!
